Part of Keyboard not working (Blade 15 2018 Advanced)

Hello, So today I randomly turn on the laptop and about 1/3 of the keyboard is not working at all I've tried playing around with the synapse to see if its causing the problem and nothing... Not sure what to do, other than contacting razer and sending it to them Hopefully one of you guys can help? Thanks,

    Hi there! Have you tried restarting your Blade? Also. were there any software or hardware changes prior to the issue happening? Let me know.

    No changes and yes I’ve restarted it multiple times, nothing works
