Hello, I am new to this. recently I won around 200k zSilver now I want to redeem for few stuffs, I wanted to get Lancehead TE but it says its out of stock while it is in stock on Razer physical store, any help there? Also if I redeem for Razer Ornata right now, do I need to apply the voucher now? I mean does the voucher has any expiration date? thank you.

    About the Lancehead TE at the zsilver site i see that you can redeem it for a voucher, after that you have to check the razerstore.com site to see if they have the mouse in stock so they can send it to you, by in stock on razer physical store you mean in a store you can walk in cause that doesn't matter cause they don't ship them from physical stores. About the voucher if i remember correctly they have one month before they expire or two but they surely have an expiration date.

    The voucher items are not from the shops. They are separate and less as number. So if the thing you want to redeem is out of stock all you can do is wait, or redeem something else, or if you can get it for another country and have it send from there. And yes every voucher has an expiry date, i got one for huntsman on 24th december or something and it is available until the end of March, not quite sure if all the voucher has the same period of availability.

    When you redeem a voucher you will have details on the expiry date etc with the transaction. As an example my Ornata voucher had around 1 month of validity but this was a while ago. If you want to check expiry of the voucher, go to gold.razer.com > transactions > Razer Silver and click on the transaction for your particular item. In its details you will find out the expiry of the voucher but I suggest wait for the item to come into stock or wait till your zSilver are about to expire, then get the item you want. Stock refreshes usually take place mid month or at the end of each month from my opinion (atleast thats what I noticed in the Malaysian store).
