Razer Core X Chroma doesn't even turn on

I followed the steps of installation and the Razer Core X Chroma didn't even turn on. It's dead, no lights, no fan, nothing.

    Hi there! Is this the first time that the Razer Core X Chroma has been set up? Please make sure that the power cord is plugged in correctly. Let me know.
