My Laptop keeps Shutting Down
My laptop automatically shuts down at times and one time it shut down while in the middle of a Razer Synapse update and deleted the software so I lost all of my Razer Synapse Studio colour schemes. I looked up about Acer Predator laptops auto shutting down and there seems to be a lot of reports. Is there a way to fix it cause I cannot have that happen again. That is the only time it has happened while updated are going on thank god.

Hi @JaydontheThing, don't worry too much about the color schemes. You'll get them back as soon as you log into Synapse. I highly recommend a clean install of the app though you might want to have your laptop checked out before anything else.
