Razer nari ultimate sound lowers then cuts for some seconds

Hello, bought my razer nari ultimate some days ago and already had some problems. When im watching streams or listening to music sometimes the volume lowers and then cuts for some seconds. Sometimes i even have to max out the volume on the stream to get the headset to react, don't know if it's some settings problem or if it's a bug. Thankful for any advice on how to fix.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse. Make sure that you delete all files in C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer and C:\\ProgramData\\Razer directories before reinstallation.
