my razer has a charging problem when I plug in it showed up with changing charge and discharge. is there an easier way to fix it? and my microphone does not work too.

    Hi there! When did the charging issue start? Can you share a short video of it? Also, with regards to the Microphone not working, can you share a screenshot of the Recording tab of the Sound settings?
