Razer refusing to sell me a new DPI Clutch

I have the Razer Basilisk mouse, of which I have lost the DPI clutch. I contacted Razer support, who informed me that I could buy a replacement for $16 USD. Several days later they sent me an email stating they didn't realise I was in Australia and would therefore look into the case further. A few days later I received this from support: I received recent feedback from the warehouse team that the spare DPI clutch button is not available and may never be available for the AU region. We apologize for the inconvenience. Sincerely, Armand Razer Systems Support We apologise for the inconvenience? I find it completely unacceptable that they can't sell me a small button that is available in the US. How can they not sell replacements for small pieces of their hardware?
