Yeah Razer suck. Because I bought mine through a " None Authorized Razer seller " Which I didn't KNOW I can't have a RMA This was their reply to Me today. Hi Robbie, We really apologize but our back office have checked your case and the proof of purchase that you have provided and they said that since the device was purchased from an unauthorized re-seller, they will not be able to replace the device So I'm now stuck with a £200 paper weight through no FAULT of My own !! Thanks fro nothing Razer. I Will NEVER buy another product from you again !!

    yeah razer products and their service is lost. i have 3 Razer raijus around here and no one works correctly... this controller looks fine but they< are completly gargabe quality and have a lifespan from 1 day ! Thanks for nothing Razer. I Will NEVER buy another product from you again !!
