Products: Razer Blade 14 - QHD 165Hz - GeForce RTX 3070 Ti - Mercury Razer Thunderbolt Docking Station Issue: Neither of the USB-C/Thunderbolt ports work any longer. They do not work for the monitor. They do not work for the Ethernet cable. When: Started yesterday morning. I did not install or upgrade any software or drivers. It was working fine when I went to bed, but when I turned it on, in the morning, the ports no longer worked. Steps Taken: Disabled Power Management in Device Manager Rolled Back Nvidia Drivers Did Full F9 Factory Reset Plugged the docking station in another laptop and it worked fine. Plugged the monitor directly into both USB-C ports and did not work The Ethernet Cable does not work either. Notes This is the second time drivers stopped working on this laptop. The last time the WIFI drivers stopped working for no reason, and I had to restore the laptop to get them back. I'm starting to think these Razer Blade laptops are a POS

This is highly likely a hardware problem. Can you PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you resolve the TB3 port issue? Thanks! *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
