RAZER KRAKEN 7.1 V2 MICROPHONE PROBLEM

Dear, I bought the Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 in 2017, however, I have not even used the headset for even more than 50 hours of playtime. Recently, I have been using the headset with my playstation (playing warzone). Now, what happens is that sometimes my team mates can not hear me. What I find out was, that every time I click on my mute button and unmute it, they start hearing me again. (this does not mean that I am muted, because when I click on it, it starts muting then click again, unmuting). any one have any ideas regarding this problem? Kind regards, Altug
