Razer Kaira Pro Issues

Hi all, So I recived my new Razer Kaira Pro headset a few weeks ago soetime in December and it was working stupendously, now out of the blue I can no longer hear in directions and I just hear sound coming from everywhere in a plethora of games. I have changed settings on the headset itself sound wise, increasing the highs and lows a tad but nothing else. Also out of the blue today whenever I try to connect bluetooth to my phone the headset shuts off and my controllers also disconnect from my xbox series x. not really sure what else to do or how to fix these issues. I have tried resetting the console twice today with no luck.

Have you tried updating the firmware for the headset already? If you haven't yet, please send me the serial number. I need to verify the model before I can give you the download link. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
