Synapse keeps turning off the lights

Hi! Recently I don't know why, but after startup the windows, the lights on the peripherials are keeps turning off after the synapse starting up. I can't turn on the lights. I tried everything. Switching profiles, using the default lightning effects, but didn't do anything. I reinstalled my whole computer, but didn't worked either.
