Volume wheel Razer Blackwidow v3 pro wireless keyboard
Hello everyone,
I've recently bought a Razer BlackWidow v3 pro wireless keyboard. Everything works fine, but I have a small uncertainty. It has 3 connection modes: usb cable, bluetooth and wireless via 2.4ghz dongle. When I am using it with the usb cable, the volume wheel works great, without the need to run razer synapse in the background. But, when I am using it via the 2.4ghz wireless dongle connection, the volume wheel only works only if razer synapse in running in the background. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a way to make the volume wheel work with the dongle connection and without having razer synapse running in the background? Thank you so much!

Mute/unmute also doesn't work without synapse?
Is it possible to check it on other PC?

Managed to solve it. For anyone having this problem, just go to the official razer website and download the latest firmware update for your keyboard model, since it might came with an older version from store. This will fix most of the problems. Taking into account how pricy this keyboard model is, this shouldn't happen... it should already come with the latest firmware version. Anyway, have a great day!
