[Support Needed] Razer Cynosa V2 Software/Firmware Issue

I recently bought a cynosa v2 keyboard second hand. I have identified a problem with the secondary function options for the macro, game mode, brightness up/down, and sleep functions. However, when testing to see if it was a hardware issue, I found the keys are actually responsive as F# keys however when the fn key is pressed, they light up, but the function does not change.

However, when testing to see if it was a hardware issue, I found the keys are actually responsive as F# keys however when the fn key is pressed, they light up, but the function does not change.
    Try checking if the same behavior happens while the keyboard is connected to another USB port or computer. Ensure the device is connected to your computer's USB port directly. Please reset the peripheral too via Razer Synapse 3.0 settings. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
