Razer Electra V2 Shows up as "invalid Configuration Descriptor"

So my Razer Electra V2 shows up as (said above) and cant get it to work at all anymore. Tried the firmware updater tool. tried uninstalling it and restarting the pc. Im using the windows insider build 18912 prerelease 190601-1739 //edit Forgot to mention that the headset doesnt work at all now and i cant use it which really sucks as a gamer that plays 6 hours or so a day
