Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro - wireless 2.4ghz mode not working

I've just purchased the BW V3 Pro and cannot for the life of me get the 2.4ghz wireless mode on the keyboard to work. I have tried the following. - Followed Razer instructions on 2.4ghz setup - Downloaded most recent firmware updated and both keyboard and dongle are running most recent versions - Downloaded and run both the pairing utility and the hyperspeed dongle pairing utility - both worked and confirmed device had been paired, however when I unplug the keyboard from wired connection then flick the switch to 2.4 the keyboard goes dead (all RGB turns off) and there is the audible windows device disconnect tone. The dongle appears to still remain connected. - Uninstalled Synapse (x2) and reinstalled (x2) - no change - Explored in the windows device pages covering keyboard drivers and all (when checked) say most recent drivers are installed. I have tried to connect via bluetooth on another device - this worked, however when trying wireless mode the keyboard immediately goes dead when I turn the switch from off to 2.4ghz. I'm at a loss really as can't seem to get feedback from Razer hence posting in here to see if anyone else has experienced this or found a fix. Or of course it is just a faulty keyboard. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks

I solved my problem. Try to press a key when you're in wireless and create a new profile quickly on Razer Synapse 3.

I have the same issue. It used to work but at one point it just stopped working. Now it only works in wired mode, both bluetooth and 2.4 don’t want to turn the keyboard on. I don’t know if the battery is faulty or something else, but it definitely has some issues.

I had the same issue but fixed it by downloading the Pairing Utility and now it’s working like a dream again! Hope it helps

Update on mine:

 

Funniest thing happened. 

 

So I updated my keyboard to the latest update. 

I tried plugging, unplugging and nothing worked. I've had this issue for months. I spammed the keys, tried to synapse settings, resetting the profile, nothing worked.

 

I went on web chat and it asked me to show a photo or video, I started recording a video, unplugged the keyboard hoping for the lights to turn off and stay off, they went back on and now somehow, magically my keyboard works on 2.4ghz and bluetooth. Don't know why or how, but it does. I guess try to do a video for Web chat next and that will fix it 🤣

Im a dumba**, for me it was setting the 2.4 switch to the top, not the middle, not the bottom...

You just save me a few days and emails with the RMAs support
Thx fixed my problem

Oh and for those with problem with the volume wheel being faulty… Apparently it is a common issue, the RMA just refunded all my money and let me keep the keyboard. So.. ur welcome haha

My bw v3 pro have similiar issue too. Suddenly when connect with 2.4 wireless mode , the RGB dont connect with the chroma, but when using usb cable works fine ( sync with the basilisk and leviathan ) 

already try uninstal, clean reinstal, pairing utility etc, nothing works. Is it battery issue? Bcos i check the battery level kinda error. 
 

any suggestion please?
