Joystick direction has been sticking randomly on 3 different Tartarus V2's

SO first off I am on my third Tartarus in about a year since twice the joystick in one direction had turned to mush and wouldn't register, and I really didn't have a ton of playtime on either one. Across all three though, I randomly experience movement being locked in place in game for a random length of time. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the joystick again itself or with the software locking up in a sense. But anyway, it's ridiculous when you're playing competitive Overwatch and your movement gets stuck in one direction and all you can do at the most is hold the opposite direction to lock yourself in place.

I have this same issue.
And apparently we will never get an acknowledgment of the issue from Razer either.

Correct. This problem has been discussed in an earlier thread. We never got an answer. So, the only conclusion can be: it's q quality problem of the TartarusV2, that has never been fixed.

I used to have the Belkin Nostromo versions of these products before Razer bought the patent and I never had quality issues like this. Those things were rock-solid and just worked

Yes, but now it's Razer, and the quality of products is decreasing. And support and communication lacks. Sadly.
