Razer Phone fingerprint function not working!!!

Since yesterday my Razer Phone fingerprint function has gone!! It just disappeared from the system setting. I have looked through the internet and it has been said that same problem is happening on Razer Phone 2 too....... What should I do now??? Could anyone help me?

    i have the same issue, my phone acted up i restarted it and the fingerprint sensor is gone from the options i have a razer phone never had an issue like this before i didn't download any apps or anything like that didn't change settings. i even factory resetted my phone TWICE but i still don't have the fingerprint sensor not sure why it's acting up like this
