Latest Synapse update broke some keyboard shortcuts

I’m using the Insider Preview (Dev channel) and the latest Synapse update broke some keyboard shortcuts. For example, Snipping tool key combos don’t work, nor does the Windows key. Closing Synapse allows it to work. Anyone found a solution/workaround besides closing Synapse? I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro.

never mind. I found the issue. Was in Gaming mode all the time. Which is odd because I never changed it to that.
