Razer Synapse 3 not staying minimized like settings say it should.

Whenever Synapse starts.... Either manually launched or when it starts up with windows... it launches the program and pops up on the desktop. Then I close it and after about 10 seconds it pops up AGAIN. like for no reason right to the Dashboard of the program both times. There is a setting that states that this shouldnt happen. It says to minimize it to the taskbar whenever it launches. I have this setting checked but It does nothing. Literally this setting does absolutely nothing to the operation of the program be it checked or unchecked. Logitech's G pro software launches with windows and it is completely discreet and never even shows me that its coming on. This is what the setting in the Synapse software should do. But its not doing it. I have reported this problem several months ago to the feedback. Nothing has been done about it and I have tried everything to fix it. Nothing works.
