Razer Firefly Hard - lights flickering at purple/blue

Just got this as a Christmas present and am noticing the lights flickering when it changes at purple and blue - does it every time it reaches these colours. My mouse and Keyboard dont do this just the mouse mat. All three are synced using the spectrum cycling setting. Any advice please

I had the same issue. I've been reading on forums and it seems that the issue has been here for a year or more, without a solution. I read that it is a razer synapse 3 problem so, a few minutes ago, I tried installing synapse 2. It seems to work well now.
