Razer Mamba Mouse not connecting with Synapse

Hello! This is my first time doing a thread here so sorry if I mess something up My dad had brought me a Razer mouse which was a very long time ago and I loved using it. but when I got a new computer and had to get everything again the mouse wasn't working with razer synapse anymore. I tried multiple solutions but none worked (unless I'm just that dumb). If I could get help it would be nice!

Hi there! What specific model of the Mamba do you have? Also, what version of Synapse are you trying to use? Let me know.

I don't have the exact information of the product I have since my dad bought it, but I'm guessing it would be a Wireless Gaming Mouse. I'm using Synapse 3. I never really post anything on forums so sorry if I mess something up.

Thanks for the reply. Can you send over the serial number of your Mamba through PM so I can check? You can find it on the sticker located on the underside of the mouse. Let's continue there.

I somehow fixed my mouse by reconnecting some stuff a few times, I'm not sure why it happened this time but again I'm really sorry if I wasted your time and thanks for the help you could give me.
