Chroma profiles do not work

Hello guys I'm writing because I wanna know what to do if I want to add a profile to my chroma keyboard. The thing is that I know how to import the file but my computer does not seem to recognize it furthermore my app made of Razer does not see if I have a current downloaded profile ... I've seen a lot of magnificent profiles e.g from Matrix and I wanted to add them but simply I cannot it is a big shame. What should I do to use it? I use the latest version of Synapse 3.4 ;d Best regards
