Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 Zoom Audio

Hello, My Razer Kraken 7.1v2 has been having an issue in zoom where it is detected but does not play audio (the mic works in though). All other applications detect the headset without issue. I've tried various fixes from both within the windows and zoom settings and haven't had any fix. Has anybody else had a similar issue and found a fix? Your help is greatly appreciated!
