Naga trinity: side panel and lights turning off

Hello, I have a brand-new Naga Trinity with the 12-button configuration. The side panel keep turning off while playing World of Warcraft, its stays off for a few seconds before it turns back on. I can still use the basic mouse functionality during this. Things I have tried:

• Polling rate to 500.
• Changed power management of the mouse/usb-hubs in the device manager so the computer can't turn it off
• Other usb port.
• Remove the side panel and clean the contact points.

Current situation:

• Windows 10
• Razer synapse Version 3.4.115.10915
