Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed (PlayStation) Issues: PC Shutdowns and Dongle Connection Problems

Hello. I have the Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed (PlayStation) version of the headset. I've been using it for months and would like to mention some issues I'm experiencing. First of all, I want to state that I've performed the appropriate firmware updates from Razer's official website, as well as my Windows updates. My computer is an Asus ROG G16 (LAPTOP), and all updates, including BIOS updates, are up to date. My problem is divided into two main parts: The first issue is that while using the headset, for example, when it's connected to my computer via Bluetooth and I'm listening to music or playing a game, after about 10-15 minutes, it shuts off by itself without any intervention from me (while fully charged). I have to turn the headset back on to continue with what I was doing. The same issue happens when I'm listening to music on my phone, though the self-shutdown occurs less frequently on the phone. My device is original and has not been exposed to any physical damage or liquid contact. The second major issue is that when I plug the dongle into my computer's Type-C port to use the 2.4 GHz dongle connection, no sound is transmitted to the headset. In Windows, I can see the audio input (as shown in the screenshot), but no sound comes through the headset. What can I do? I've already tried resetting and re-pairing the device.

 



 

I would like to mention again that the device works in Bluetooth mode, but there are shutdowns. In 2.4 GHz mode, I check the audio output in Windows, and there is no issue with selecting the audio output.
