Razer Kraken TE mic problems help pls

can someone help me please On discord with a couple pals and they keep saying my mic keeps going weird but not all the time. i tested it and i sound clear and how my pals described the sound like i'm talking into a fan every 30secs to a minute bue ive just got this headset today ordered on the 10th any help!!!?

I have the same problem with Razer Kraken 2019, my friends say that its I am in a plane and the weird thing is that I cant even find them in synapse. I would also love to get some help from you guys
