The battery in my daughter's 2018 15" Razer laptop swelled to the point of stripping a couple of the screws securing the bottom cover. Whom do I contact to obtain a replacement battery?

    I also wonder how to do this? Who can I contact? When I tried opening a Support Ticket I was told that I couldn't do that because I'm out of warranty. I purchased the Razer Blade 2018 Advanced Model less than two years ago. I posted a separate thread about my issue: /swelling-battery.61074/
