Razer Mamba Wireless Misterious Sudden Death

I Have a well care razer mamba wireless that worked like a charm till last night and today is dead. But nor really dead, the PC recognize it both by wireless dongle and by wire, Synapse recognize it well also. It even show battery left, but no clicks or cursor movement. Im sorry my first message was cut in half! I was saying that i have already tried in 2 other computers with and without synapse 2.0 And the behaviour is the same. In a machine where i never plug the mamba synapse recognize it with no problem, but still wont move cursor o click anything =(

do a reset press RMB LMB and MMB and plug it in and out

oh and reinstall / uninstall synapse.

I alreay unistalled synapse 2 and 3, and reistalled both, and only 2, and i also try that 3 clicks pressed turn on, with the dock, without the dock, wired, unwired, everything. My Mamba seems to be a very colorfoul brick now. After a long and confusing search i found out i have a Mamba Wireless 2015 edition and i found mamba 2012 and 2018 firmwares updaters for both model, but not for my. 2015 edition is like if not exist in razer support. T_T I dont know what else to do but to buy a new mice!

by the way theres probably another way to hard reset or star bootloader mode in mamba 2015 edition because yo can not easyly reconnect de usb cable while holding the left and right click pressed

If device out of warranty just buy another one, and forget about 2015 year mouse.

yeah but in my country with our deprecated economy expensive hardware is very hard to replace. thanks anyway!
