Razer Kraken 2019 Version Mic Picking Up Sound From Headset

I bought this headset yesterday and I have found that the mic picks up sound from the headset, especially music, even if it is turned down. The mic is as far away as possible from my headset but it still picks it up. Since this headset doesn't have any settings for mic volume I am not sure how to solve this issue.

    Also, when I use the switch to mute the microphone, music will still be recorded in the mic and reach whatever program I am using.
