Razer Kraken has not arrived

A couple of months ago I won a headset off of Snipzy's giveaway and I still have not gotten my headset. I have asked Snipzy multiple times about it and he last said that he would give the info to razer and they would get it to me... That was 7 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. Yes i did give him the right address but its taken so long and it was before the corona virus. Dose anyone have anything that can help me reach out to razer and maybe get me on the right track to get this headset.
