I currently have the Razer Tartarus v2 and have had it for quite some time now. for some reason the Razer Synapse application does not open on my computer. I have tried the following to get it fixed; Repair, uninstall/re-install, update computer, update drivers, unplug/plug-in. Nothing seems to work (and I have tried almost every combination in between those) . I have done nothing new to my computer and no new changes since it was last working either. The closest I have gotten was after uninstalling and re-installing after loading a bit, it said "failed to start." Which I then tried to click the "retry" button but that does not seem to work. Also, I have tried submitting a ticket but something is wrong with that system and wont let me, the phones are "busy" and the online chat is just a robot so no help there either. does anyone at all have any suggestions? ill try it all lol
