Booting Failure (Blade 2015)

I have searched, but I cannot find any reports of a similar problem. Laptop presents Razer logo, and the dot circle below spins, but the BIOS menu will not load. Code in bottom-right reads "A3" After a few seconds of spinning, the circles disappear and the fans accelerate, but nothing changes and the menu never shows, nor does the OS boot. Boot menu is not accessible to request a boot from USB, and simply having one in place while attempting to boot does not change the behavior of the system. Internals seem intact after opening the chassis and giving a cursory investigation. Thank you in advance!

    There isn't much that I can do from here since the laptop no longer boots to BIOS. The best that I can offer would be to start a repair ticket on your behalf. Please send me the serial number of your RB15 so I can do just that. *Locking thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
