Viper Scroll Button Press & Serial Number Rubbed Off

Hi there! Appreciate your time in advance. I have a registered Viper Ultimate I purchased in January, but my scroll button press suddenly stopped working. I'm trying to reach support but I can't get my serial number because part of it was slowly rubbed off due to friction. I can't figure out how to access support without a serial number, was hoping someone could give me advice on the next steps. Thank you!
