Hello, im very new to razer products and im trying to download the razer synapse 3 software for my blackwidow chroma v2 tournament edition, but when i try to install the software for the first time it failed to install giving me the error code "-1" has anyone ever had this problem? I've tried to find it online and cant find a solution anywhere.
