Razer Blade Pro 17" (2017) – Full HD – GTX 1060 Screen Freezes


I'm not a gamer and I don't know much about computers. But I purchased this computer a year and a half ago and for the past few months, the screen will freeze and require me to hold the power button down to restart it. I did a reset of the computer back to what was on it when it came. I have checked for updates, I got a cooling pad fan to make sure it isn't an overheating problem. I've been searching for what else I should do. Anyone know? Any info I should be giving?

it's funny how nobody answers on such a important issue about their products

not a hardware issue with the graphics chip, it is most likely something else, maybe something to do with the drivers and windows. Also you can go into physx and change the processor to the integrated card.
