razor kiyo iMac problem

I plugged my razor kiyo into every different USB port on my iMac but nothing seems to work. it says a light is meant to turn on on the camera but nothing there either. any help?

    Unfortunately, Razer Kiyo is not yet compatible with Mac. The device would work with Windows® 7 64-bit (or higher). You may check the Systems Requirements by clicking this link.
