Surround Activation Code not working

I just got the blackshark v2 and I registered it but when I try to use the code to get 7.1 surround sound, it doesnt work. It just tells me that the code is invalid

    Same i orderd a kraken x and the activation code isnt working

    Same i used the activation code that came in the box and its coming invalid. help.
