Thunderbolt USB docks compatible with Razer Blade Pro 14?

Looking at the Dell J00G9 thunderbolt dock https://www.cpumedics.com/dell-j00g9-thunderbolt-dock-tb15-docking-station-port-replicator-k16a-tx2cp-j00g9/?_vsrefdom=adwords&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Shopping%20%7C%20All%20Products&utm_term=1101012322168&utm_content=ECI%20-%20Initial%20Product%20Ads%20Ad%20Group I'm somewhat skeptical of it being able to perform all needed functions such as 144hz refresh rate through displayport, ethernet, charging, external graphics through the thunderbolt port, all at the same time. Has anyone had experience with this model or know for what to look out for in this type of product?
