Razer Black Shark V2 Pro USB Sound Card problem.

When I plug my headset in using the usb sound card the balance between the earcups is way off. The right side is way louder than the left which throws of any audio cues in games. When I plug the headset into the 3.5mm audio jack it sounds perfectly fine. I've tried changing all sorts of setting in synapse but nothing changes it. HELP

      I have the same problem! Whole new headset.

      And this only works on pc I bought the headset för 200euros and then I think that it should work with out fixes..
