My Razer Firefly V2 mousepad isnt showing up in Synapse

I don't know when this problem started but now when I try to get my razer firefly to register in synapse it isn't there. I've tried to redownload synapse and unplug and plug back in the mousepad and nothing seems to work. Also, the computer recognizes the mousepad.
