Synapse 3 wont open in windows

Hi, Just purchased a Razer Deathadder mouse, it appears i can only install the driver through synapse 3 and the programme wont launch in windows 10, i have reinstalled several times but no fix, the mouse is using windows driver to operate but i nedd to programme buttons. Is there a problem with synapse 3 , can i get a driver without going through synapse, have i wasted my money??

    Try action the followings
    • Uninstall all RAZER applications
    • Create a new local administrator
    • Update Windows 10
    • Install Synapse 3.0
