War Thunder- Paid to Play Issues
I have war thunder installed and it is being picked up by cortex but when going to rewards the page doesn't say play. When I click it just take me back to the store. Any ideas?

Had the same issue with steam version, then installed the standalone and that worked for me.

Hi everyone, sorry for what you encountered. We have done some testing on our end but failed to reproduce this issue. To dig deep and find the root cause, can you guys help us and send over your logs with our log tool?
Please download and unzip the file and run LogCollector.exe from here, then fill out the Game and Description, then click Output button. There will be a zipped file generated on your desktop with all logs needed.
Please upload the logs to services like Dropbox or Google Drive and paste the link here in the forum.

Having the same issues. I am using the standalone launcher and not able to earn anything since the day War Thunder online in the Paid to Play list
Im sad to ve downloaded almost 30GB of files and cant ve the benefits of the program...

primoshun95Hey primoshun95, after checking your logs, we found that you're earning Razer Silver by playing this game. Was there no notification of Silver earning after playing the game? Can you check your Balance after playing? It should show you the earning.

AdamKingkingI am guessing you do not see it in the supported games section of cortex, and that is because the games supported by paid to play get changed every 2 weeks, with two games being supported for that period, this time around it is For Honor and Rift. War Thunder may come back in a future week.
