Razer Blade 15 4k Poor Battery Life

I have a Razer Blade 15 4k basic model. Just spend 2500USD in a computer that just cant last more than 1 and half hour with battery. Tried every thing. Contacted support, follow the steps, try to made windows change, update sofwares and drivers. Nothing. I cant even undervolt my pc couse Razer also disable the motherboard overclock with his latest update (1.06). The best i was abble to do was last 4 hours after some modification that they told me. But it was inconsistent. The battery indicates 6hours sometimes, and the next five minutes indicates 2hours. The only solution that they can provide is send my computer to the US (im from Chile) and cant afford to be weeks with out my work station and also wont risk my computer consdering the reputation of the couriers services on Covid Stages in Chile. Any one that can provide a solution?

Have you tried recalibrating the battery yet? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the ticket number. That way, I can check all the troubleshooting that's already been suggested and avoid redundancies. Do note that there is also a good chance that the battery pack developed internal issues, and if that is the case, you really have to send it in for repair. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
