Razer Cynosa Chroma Pro not work

Today i plugged my keyboard into my PC, i thought it would show out like my mouse pad but it didn't show anything. and i use Razer Synapse 2, and and I also tried Synapse 3. Does this problem happen to you too?

    My Cynosa Chroma Pro is working for me on Synapse 3. A lot of our problem now on Synapse is the chroma studio not working.
