Razer Electra V2 does not get detected

Hello, as said on the Title, my Headset does not get detected from my Computer at all, that usually happens often, then i just re- plug it and it works fine again. This Time it did not work, it does not show up anywhere in the my computer settings anymore. Neither it works on different Computers, i really need help with this.
