Mouse is not connecting to synapse (MAC)
My razor mouse is not showing up on the synapse when it is connected. It says "please connect a razer synapse device". This is happening on my MacBook. Although on my old laptop (windows) it was working. Now it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application, restarted it, yet not working.
