razer synapse 2 acting weird

a few days ago i opened my pc and for no reason the back light of my keyboard was in a very low refresh rate and when i opened razer synapse 2 and tried to move the window it moves with a weird delay and it stayed like this. i tried to uninstall and reinstalling but it stayed the same
