How do you initiate Razer chat with support? Or call them?

Somehow the address associated with my Razer ID is incorrect. My login email is correct, but the email listed under account is not. I cannot change that without access to...that. The email doesn't exist as far as I know, and although it's stated you can get phone or chat support, there is no option anywhere to initiate those options.
