Brand new razer book 13 Very poor battery life
hello, Ive just recently just purchased a razer book 13 and the battery life is horrible, i get between 2-4 hours of battery life compared to the 10 advertised, is this a problem with drivers or the battery itself and if the latter should i file for a refund? Fast answers highly appreciated

Are you getting 2-4 hours right out of the box, or did things go downhill after an update or two? For now, try to roll back both the OS and the GPU drivers, then test. Send me the results and the serial number so I can help you further isolate the problem.
